**About Sunbelt**

Sunbelt is the largest business brokerage firm in the world with over 200 offices in a dozen countries. For over forty years we have sold thousands of business in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, services, technology and many more. Currently as we are aggressively expanding our footprint in Montreal, we are seeking to team up with an independent real estate broker that could complement our operation.

In parallel with his/her real estate practice, the broker will guide our businesses sellers through the complete sale cycle, from onboarding new mandates until the close of the sale.

More specifically the broker will:

- Inform prospective sellers about Sunbelt’s selling process while evaluating the salability of the business.
- Coordinate with our team the preparation of the documents to successfully execute the mandate, including valuation, prospectus of the business, etc.
- Use Sunbelt’s platform and marketing channels to showcase the business to prospective buyers.
- Qualify the buyers and share the information of the business, all while securing the confidentiality.
- Drive the negotiation of offers providing guidance to our clients.
- Coordinate the due diligence process.
- Coordinate with the legal teams the preparation of the final documents until the successful closing of the deal.

**Skills / Qualifications**
- Be energetic motivated and service oriented.
- Positive attitude and a passion for hard work.
- A minimum understanding of accounting.
- Bilingual English and French.
- Comfortable with Word and Excel.
- Results oriented without need of being micromanaged.
- Capable of working in teams.
- Having a real estate license allowing him/her to work dependently.
- Access to Centris.
- Own a vehicle.

**Conditions**
- Competitive compensation based on commissions and bonuses.

- Full training based on Sunbelts processes and 45 years of experience.
- Ongoing support.
- Access to all Sunbelt’s resources, including training material, access to the Sunbelt offices across Canada, mentors, valuation tools, data rooms, access to the main websites for the sale of businesses, CRMs, database of buyers, etc.
- Access to conference rooms.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Permanent
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: $1.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Verdun, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
