Responsibilities
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to the ServiceNow implementation.
⢠Assist with the integration of ServiceNow within EPCORâs existing platforms and tools.
⢠Work closely with the ServiceNow project teams to populate the ServiceNow knowledge base according to specific organizational needs.
⢠Evaluate the available documentation and assess its present validity for inclusion in the ServiceNow knowledge base.
⢠Contribute to the overall ServiceNow implementation, focusing on the knowledge aspect.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications

⢠Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
⢠Expertise in knowledge management and user documentation authoring and review.
⢠Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams
⢠Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
⢠Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

⢠2-year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT or Computing Science related field.
⢠2 years experience working on project teams and/or large-scale IT transformation projects.
⢠Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is desirable.
⢠ITIL Certification will be considered an asset.
