We’re looking for our next Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (English/Mandarin). Could It Be You?
The Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (English/Mandarin) role remains one of the most important customer facing positions across the organization. As a primary point of contact during the initial customer journey, the objective of a Bilingual New Accounts Specialist is to create and foster a positive relationship with Questrade customers.

What’s it like working as a Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (English/Mandarin) at Questrade?

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Helping Canadians become much more financially successful and secure
- Continuously providing a high level customer experience by demonstrating our We Care values during each customer interaction
- Educating customers on Questrade’s trading platforms, and our products and services
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, from start to finish
- Receiving weekly/monthly coaching, mentoring, and training from sales team members
- Participating and engaging in strategic sales initiatives, both for the department and for your respective team

So are YOU our next Bilingual New Accounts Specialist (English/Mandarin)? You are if you have
- Required: 1 - 2 years’ work experience in a sales environment with a strong focus on putting the customer first
- Required: Fully Bilingual in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
- Desired: Strong communication skills and a quick learner
- Desired: Knowledgeable and passionate about financial markets and investment products
- Desired: Contact center experience, ideally in financial services

**Interviewing process for this role**:

- Intro & pre-screen with Talent Acquisition
- On-site interview with the Sales Leadership team
- Offer, if successful
- Pre-employment background checks

**Location**:

- Work Model: On-site from Monday to Friday
