Responsibilities
⢠Directly manage the quality specialist, contractor (technician), and the quality supervisor
⢠Negotiation and management of stakeholders
⢠Assist with other duties (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, assisting technicians, fabrication, welding, fitting, rigging and hoisting, installations of equipment and removal of equipment)
⢠Drive quality performance in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience
- Must have quality experience as well as experience leading a team
- Experience in the food industry is considered an asset
- Comfortable with client and stakeholder management
