The role we are offering you:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist for the Europe, Middle East and Africa. This position is responsible for the marketing and sales, for the maintenance of CAEâs leadership in Customer Services, achievement of Aftermarket Order Intake and profitability to meet company objectives, developing short to medium-term market penetration strategies in collaboration with the Aftermarket Growth Leaders. Support specific sales campaigns as they relate to a specific Aftermarket Services portfolio item.

  • Identify potential customers for specific services in collaboration with Growth Leaders.
  • Establish first contacts with these customers.
  • Maintain customer information in SalesForce.
  • Pro-actively follow-up with customers.
  • Meet and present value propositions to clients as required.
  • Organize or participate to meetings with customers to present value proposition.
  • Prepare and adapt presentation material to specific customer needs.
  • Gather all required information from various internal/external sources.
  • Lead and close specific sales opportunities in collaboration with Sales Account leader.
  • Do regular follow-up with customers.
  • Update sales forecast in support to Services Growth targets.
  • Close deals and hand-over to proper execution leader.
  • Build intel from customers and market.
  • Gather information about customerâs needs.
  • Confirm price positioning of our Services.
  • Capture data about competitor offering.
  • Work with Aftermarket Growth Leaders and Business Project Specialists to define the best Service offering.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our Subscription Services that will grow Aftermarket recurring revenues.
  • Bring market information to help define the scope and price of subscription services (existing and new).
  • Liaise with Civil Sales colleague to ensure alignment of Services sales strategies sold with new equipment and by Aftermarket organization.

 

Our ideal candidate has:

  •  a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related discipline.
  •  minimum 8-10 years' experience.
  •  an ability to communicate effectively at different organizational levels.
  •  strong analytical skills.
  •  excellent attention to detail.
