Gestionnaire Commercial Principale / Directeur(rice) Commercial

Votre rôle au sein de l'équipe :

Gestion du changement, y compris l'interprétation des plannings et la gestion/coordination des réclamations - Développer et mettre en Åuvre des processus pour administrer, documenter et accepter/défier/défendre les demandes de changement entrantes et sortantes tout au long de l'exécution du projet. Mettre en Åuvre des processus de gestion des réclamations pour résoudre les situations imprévues qui surviennent pendant le développement et l'exécution du projet et qui ne sont pas couvertes par le processus de gestion des changements, y compris la mise en Åuvre de réclamations envers des tiers et la prévention/la défense des réclamations entrantes de tiers. Notifications - Mettre en place un système efficace pour garantir que tous les avis contractuellement requis sont délivrés au client conformément aux termes de l'accord de projet. Gestion/administration des contrats principaux et des sous-contrats - Administrer les contrats du projet (accord de projet, sous-contrats, accords de consultation, accords d'achat, etc.) de manière a ce que les procédures contractuelles correctes et les pratiques administratives solides soient mises en Åuvre et suivies a tout moment, depuis le début du projet jusqu'a son achèvement, en veillant a ce que toutes les livraisons et les délais contractuels soient respectés. Négociation des contrats - Superviser la rédaction, la révision et la négociation de divers contrats (avec les clients et les sous-traitants), y compris les contrats de services spécifiques, les accords-cadres de services, les contrats de mise en service, les contrats d'ingénierie, les accords de règlement, les accords de confidentialité, les contrats de construction et les contrats d'approvisionnement, de manière a optimiser les positions financières, juridiques, de gestion des risques et de réputation de l'entreprise.
 Approvisionnement en fournisseurs/sous-traitants - Mettre en Åuvre et surveiller la planification et les calendriers d'approvisionnement, faciliter le processus d'appel d'offres compétitif pour les matériaux, les biens, les services et les équipements, y compris l'élaboration des termes et conditions, des exigences de portée et de spécification, la mise en Åuvre et la supervision du processus d'appel d'offres avec des entreprises préqualifiées. Ãvaluer les offres soumises, y compris l'évaluation et la recommandation des appels d'offres.
 Rapport commercial - Ãmettre des rapports réguliers et des analyses sur les questions commerciales aux dirigeants (internes et JV ExCo) et aux chefs de projet. Assurances - Collaborer avec les conseillers en assurance du client pour développer des programmes et des couvertures d'assurance appropriés pour le projet. Légal - Faire preuve de discernement pour consulter les conseillers juridiques du client au moment opportun. Gestion commerciale de la clôture du projet/post-achèvement pratique, y compris la période de responsabilité des défauts et O&M. Leadership - Diriger et aligner une équipe de subordonnés directs commerciaux aux priorités du projet et d'AtkinsRéalis en focalisant les activités des équipes et en tenant chaque individu responsable des résultats. Assurer que les activités commerciales sont efficaces et orientées vers les résultats.

Location - Montreal, QC

Your role within the team:
Change management, including schedule Interpretation and claims administration/coordination - Develop and implement processes to administer, document and accept / challenge / defend incoming and outgoing change requests throughout project execution. Implement claim management processes to resolve unforeseen situations that arise during project development and execution and that are not covered by the change management process, including implementation of claims towards third parties and prevention / defending of incoming claims from third parties.Notices - Implement an effective system to ensure that all contractually-required notices are delivered to the client in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. Prime and subcontract management/ administration - administer the project contracts (project agreement, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, purchase agreements etc.) in such a way that the correct contractual procedures and sound administrative practices are implemented and followed at all times from project inception to completion, ensuring at all times that all contract deliverables and timelines are met.Contract negotiation - Supervise the drafting, review and negotiation of various contracts (with clients and subcontractors), including specific services contracts, master services agreements, commissioning contracts, engineering contracts, settlement agreements, non-disclosure agreements, construction contracts and procurement contracts, in a way that optimizes the business' financial, legal, risk management and reputational positions.Supplier/subcontractor procurement - Implement and monitor procurement scheduling and plans, facilitate competitive tendering process for materials, goods, services and equipment, including development of terms and conditions, scope and specification. requirements, implementing and overseeing the bidding process with prequalified companies. Evaluate submitted bids including tender evaluation and recommendation.Commercial reporting - Issue regular reporting and analytics on commercial issues to Executives (internal and JV ExCo) and Project Managers.Insurance - Engage with client's insurance advisors to develop appropriate Project insurance programs and coverages.Legal - Exercise proper judgment to engage with client's legal advisors to seek advice at the appropriate times. Commercial management of project close out/ post practical completion, including defect liability period and O&M.People leadership - Lead and align a team of commercial direct reports to the Project and AtkinsRéalis' priorities by focusing the teams' activities and holding each individual accountable for results. Ensure commercial activities are effective and results focused.
