The client needs a Senior full-stack web developer to perform operations such as maintenance and product
updates on a Drupal site. This Senior Consultant/Developer will run processes, maintain and develop existing code changes to the product portfolio assigned they will test, prepare deployment packages, deploy code/script changes, support user tests and inquiries, and perform or follow up on application administration tasks required for the product's maintenance.

The Senior Consultant/Developer should have profound knowledge and experience in:
o Drupal 10+ (custom module development, experience integrating with 3rd party APIs)
o PHP
o Highcharts and/or D3
o SOAP-based Web services (JAXB, JAXWS)
o REST API
o JSON
o HTML/CSS
o JavaScript / jQuery

Apart from the above skills Knowledge and experience is an asset
Qlik Sense
Profound knowledge and experience in MySQL database
Profound knowledge and experience in shell scripting in Linux/Unix environment
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation of project technical design, technical artifacts and environment.
Experience developing in an AWS Cloud environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be someone who
⢠Understand development for different platforms (Mobile devices, desktop)
⢠Understand global and local requirements
⢠Understand accessibility standards AODA (WCAG 2.0) Compliance
⢠Demonstrates capacity for efficiently managing several tasks on schedule and correctly the first time.
⢠Capacity to manage a demanding workload
⢠'Someone who is willing to invest the time and energy required for development, operations, or other responsibilities of product upkeep
⢠Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
⢠Strong oral and interpersonal skills
⢠Ability to communicate to different audiences, being Business users, project managers or
managers as well as technical peers
⢠Excellent team player.

The deliverables are:
⢠Understand system and Business requirements for the client's Hub program
⢠Architect, design, and develop solutions for the integration of Hub data into the client's public website.
⢠Develop test cases and execute unit, module, and system integration test plans and conduct comprehensive testing of information systems according to clients' quality assurance standards and processes
⢠Perform deployment to test environments and support the QA team (as applicable) and users
testing
⢠Support usersâ inquiries
⢠Communicate with Business users, Project Manager as well as other groups to ensure all tasks required for the product's maintenance are covered.
⢠Perform promotion and implementation of applications utilizing the client's ITSPD Change Management Protocols
⢠Create or modify documentation related to the changes in the product's technical design and
others as advised by the client's internal IT team.
