Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

The Senior Technical Solutions Specialist reports to the Senior Vice President, Infrastructure. In this role you will be working closely with Infrastructure projects providing technical support and Energy reporting, support bid teams in preparing winning bid for new work, maintain ISO 9001 certification, manage sector level governance procedure guidelines and provide life cycle and asset management support.

Location - Montreal, QC or Toronto, ON

Your role within the team:
Develop project specific energy management plans and establish the base load for painshare/ gainshare calculations.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual energy reports for projects.Calculate annual painshare / gainshare amounts as defined in each project agreement.Prepare and present annual emissions reports.Coach project teams on energy optimization strategies.Develop and maintain sector level governance documentation to comply with corporate requirementsMaintain quality plans and ISO certification for designated projects.Maintain technical services SharePoint for energy, governance and quality.Support maintenance management systems for designated projects.Develop and maintain sector asset management plan.Assist in preparing technical and cost elements for bids.Assist in reviewing potential design options for maintainabilityAssist in Life Cycle periodic reviews for projects.Assist in project mobilization activities.

10 years' experience energy management in commercial buildings (CEM, CEA, or equivalent)Asset management experience including life cycle analysis (RPA, IAM certified, or equivalent)Quality management and ISO 9001 certification (ISO 9001 auditor)Experience in P3 projects is an asset.Ability to access mechanical spaces and construction sites as required

Le spécialiste principal des solutions techniques est placé sous l'autorité du premier vice-président chargé de l'infrastructure. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les projets d'infrastructure en fournissant un soutien technique et des rapports sur l'énergie, en soutenant les équipes de soumissionnaires dans la préparation des offres gagnantes pour les nouveaux travaux, en maintenant la certification ISO 9001, en gérant les lignes directrices des procédures de gouvernance au niveau du secteur et en fournissant un soutien au cycle de vie et a la gestion des actifs.

Votre rôle au sein de l'équipe

Au sein de l'équipe des Solutions techniques - Infrastructures sociales, vous relèverez du Spécialiste senior, Solutions techniques et vous aurez a :
Ãlaborer des plans de gestion de l'énergie spécifiques aux projets et établir la charge de base pour les calculs de partage des coûts et des bénéfices.Préparer des rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels sur l'énergie pour les projets.Calculer les montants annuels de painshare / gainshare tels que définis dans chaque accord de projet.Préparer et présenter les rapports annuels sur les émissions.Accompagner les équipes de projet dans leurs stratégies d'optimisation énergétique.Développer et maintenir la documentation de gouvernance au niveau du secteur pour se conformer aux exigences de l'entreprise.Maintenir les plans de qualité et la certification ISO pour les projets désignés.Maintenir les services techniques SharePoint pour l'énergie, la gouvernance et la qualité.Soutenir les systèmes de gestion de la maintenance pour les projets désignés.Ãlaborer et tenir a jour le plan de gestion des actifs du secteur.Aider a la préparation des éléments techniques et des coûts pour les appels d'offres.Contribuer a l'examen des options de conception potentielles pour la maintenabilité.Participer a l'examen périodique du cycle de vie des projets.Participer aux activités de mobilisation des projets.
