Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an IT and audiovisual specialist will be:

⢠Management and maintenance of communications platforms within the company
⢠Provide technical support to users
⢠Ensure the installation and optimal performance of IT and audiovisual equipment in conference rooms
⢠Propose and integrate solutions for continuous improvement of systems
⢠Creation and updating of documentation
⢠Work closely with different stakeholders of the company

Qualifications

You have the following qualifications:
⢠DEC or AEC in computer science (or equivalent experience)
⢠At least 3 years of experience in audiovisual environment support
⢠You are perfectly bilingual (English and French)
⢠And you master the following technologies:
· Expertise in collaboration tools Webex, Teams, Zoom
· Windows environment, Office 365, VOIP
· Videoconferencing protocols and camera systems
