Natural Forces is an asset owner and retains ownership in our projects long term. Natural Forces is seeking an Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator . This is a full-time position based at our head office in downtown Halifax. Manage all payroll activities for the organization.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees.
• Respond to payroll related inquiries and resolve related issues as necessary.
• Verify, maintain, and organize payroll information and documentation.
• Update WCB rates with payroll provider.
• Maintain electronic payroll files as required.

Accounts Payable Accounting
• Process invoices accurately with support from accounting team.
• Update and maintain vendor database.
• Post secondary degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, or payroll administration.
~Experience using Microsoft Excel to summarize and organize raw data.
~ Experience in construction environment considered an asset.
