Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Forecasting and Executing:
    • Develop and implement robust sales and purchasing forecasting based on historical data, market trends, and growth targets.
    • Secure forecasted sales target achievement through flexibility in response to market dynamics.
    • Implement data-driven strategies for increased sales performance.
    • Create inventory distribution and re-pricing strategies aligned with sales forecasts.
    • Automate sales channels re-pricing strategies.
    • Optimize advertising process according to targeted parameters.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a team of 4-6 specialists.
    • Create sales team meeting structures and provide coaching and mentoring.
    • Set and monitor individual and team targets.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Conduct regular training sessions and address training needs.
    • Ensure continuous improvement through individual development plans.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various teams to align demand planning strategies with business goals.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  7. Project Management:
    • Oversee team-assigned projects from initiation to completion.
    • Develop project plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution.
Requirements:

Higher education in Demand Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar field. Proven experience in a similar role with direct reports management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in demand and inventory planning. Proficiency in project management and programming. Familiarity with demand planning software and ERP systems. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience in e-commerce is advantageous. Upper Intermediate (B2) English level.
