Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Program Coordinator - Paint Process Engineering to join our team
Missions:- Coordinate paint process engineering projects, focusing on sealer application, 4W color booth processes, and tune-in activities for topcoat or liquid primer.
- Ensure the effective integration and optimization of automation in paint processes, particularly with Fanuc and Durr robots.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop, implement, and refine paint application systems and processes.
- Monitor and assess the performance of paint processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve program objectives and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the paint process engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in all paint process activities.
Proven experience in paint process engineering, with specific skills in sealer application and 4W color booth processes. Expertise in tune-in processes for topcoat or liquid primer, with a strong understanding of paint chemistry and application techniques. Experience with automation, particularly with robots from Fanuc and Durr, in a paint process environment. Strong project coordination and management skills, with the ability to lead projects effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Position can be based either in Windsor or Brampton.
