Boat Rocker Media is seeking a Coordinator, Business & Legal Affairs to support a wide range of needs for Business & Legal Affairs across the company. This position is a tremendous opportunity for anyone who would like to build a career as a business affairs professional in the entertainment industry.
This position is hybrid and requires days working in-office.


Complete standard forms and perform general contract administration tasks related the company’s business of developing, producing and distributing television and film projects
File and track copyright registrations, option dates, and other legal items
Research and respond to requests from Business and Legal Affairs and its internal clients
Manage calendar and scheduling for the General Counsel and other Business and Legal Affairs executives, setting calls, coordinating meetings, and managing presentation windows in Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Manage the electronic filing systems of the Business and Legal Affairs department
Provide other administrative and coordination support on general corporate and production ma tters related to Boat Rocker’s business affairs
Candidate is either a licensed Paralegal/Law Clerk with corporate experience or has at least one year’s experience in Business and Legal Affairs admin in the entertainment industry
Proven ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities that may have tight deadlines
Ability to work independently to manage and prioritize workload, and take initiative
Must have substantial experience & a strong grasp of the full MS Office suite including Outlook Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
