UWIN Pro Inc. is looking for an ambitious experienced Corporate Training Manager. Working in a close-knit team, you will form the foundation of our growth story in the corporate training space, and this will come with all the accountability, rewards, and growth opportunities you would expect. This is an opportunity for a self-starter – someone with big ambitions, but also the urgency and resilience to achieve them.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain the training schedule for the organization, ensuring that training sessions are appropriately timed and sequenced to meet organizational needs and participant availability.
  • Coordinate the allocation of training facilities, trainers, and other resources required for each training session or program.
  • Manage the training database to avoid conflicts and ensure that training sessions are scheduled in accordance with organizational priorities and constraints.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for training-related communications, including sending training schedules, sending reminders to participants, and providing information about training logistics.
  • Collaborate with department heads, trainers, and other stakeholders to coordinate training activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and update the training schedule as needed, such as adding new training sessions, rescheduling existing sessions, or canceling sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to training schedules, attendance, and participants enrollment, and generating reports as needed to track training activities and outcomes.
  • Utilize scheduling software or tools to streamline the scheduling process and enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of training schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the scheduling process, enhance coordination and communication, and optimize resource utilization to support the organization's training objectives.
  • Ensure that training scheduling activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, particularly in areas such as data privacy, security, and compliance.

Skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting training sessions for large groups.
  • Prior exposure to IT technology is an asset.
  • Must be independent and a self-starter.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
