In this role, you will oversee various aspectsof treasury management, including cash forecasting, liquidityoptimization, accounts payable, counterparty credit risk, and compliancewith energy risk management policies. As the Manager of Treasury, youwill play a key role in shaping Alliant Energy\'s financial strategy andensuring the company\'s financial health and stability. Supports the planning and execution of debt andequity capital transactions. * Manages the accounts payable operations,including overseeing daily cash disbursement processes, improvingliquidity through maximizing payment opportunities, and strategicallyutilizing technology to automate and simplify payment solutions. *Manages transformational activities related to treasury and investmentmanagement, accounts payable processes, technology and system changes,and compliance with energy risk management procedures. Supports changeand leads the team in developing creative solutions to simplify andstreamline processes. * Conducts detailed analysis of working capitalcomponents, identify opportunities for improvement, and driveefficiencies to achieve optimal financial results. * Manages AlliantEnergy\'s financing and cash flow forecasting process, includingvariance and credit metric analyses. * Partners with key stakeholdersto develop solutions for better financial or strategic outcomes thatalign with Alliant Energy\'s overall strategic plan. * Managescompliance with energy risk management policies, including maintainingthe overall control environment and validation of the energytransactions and complex valuations. Additionally, monitors compliancewith financing agreements, leases, and other capital managementactivities for Alliant Energy. * Review contracts, evaluatecounterparty credit risk, and directs the analysis of credit supportarrangements, e.g., letters of credit, guarantees, and other contractprovisions, to identify potential sources of credit loss to minimizeadverse effects and manage risk. * Engage in other duties as neededthat support Alliant Energy\'s V To view the full job description pleaseuse the link below.
