In this role, you will play a key part in managing and improving the integrity, structure, and efficiency of the firm's data systems. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain and enhance our CRM data infrastructure, build scalable solutions to support analysis, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Key responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain data systems and workflows within the firm's CRM platform. Evaluate internal systems and processes for efficiency and recommend improvements. Acquire, clean, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources. Create and maintain scripts, queries, and reporting tools to support scalable data analysis. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across operational systems. Collaborate with team members to support reporting and analytics needs related to client portfolios and investment accounts. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data management or analysis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Proficiency in database management and familiarity with SQL, Python, or advanced Excel formulas. Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
