Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and ensure data integrity across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Perform business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Design and implement database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and database design principles to support reporting needs.
  • Manage projects within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery aligned with SDLC best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support project management activities related to data initiatives, including documentation and process optimization.
  • Utilize VBA and Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation of repetitive tasks and data workflows.
  • Conduct analysis to support business strategies and operational efficiencies across departments.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Visio for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Expertise in R, Python, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and database design principles.
  • Experience with Business Analysis techniques to interpret data requirements effectively.
  • Familiarity with VBA scripting for automation tasks.
  • Knowledge of Bash (Unix shell) scripting for system-level automation.
  • Excellent analytics skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
  • Strong analysis skills with attention to detail in identifying trends and insights.
