Navi Inc . is a simple-to-use cost control platform designed for restaurants and the
people who run them. Developed in conjunction with North America’s top restaurant
consulting agency, The Fifteen Group, we focus on centralizing the three main areas
that contribute to a restaurant’s profitability: product cost control, labour cost control and
effective menu engineering. Reimagined in 2021, Navi actually has roots reaching back
15 years ago as Navigator Restaurant Profitability System Inc. Navigator’s proven
reputation and offering has been streamlined for the cloud, with all the features
restaurant operators have come to love, along with new features taking advantage of
modern technology.
We are looking to hire a Demo expert/Sales Specialist to join our team. This person will have a deep understanding of the platform. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills. This is the ideal position for someone with restaurant management experience who is passionate about the foodservice industry and looking for standardized hours (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 generally).
Key Responsibilities:
- Self starter, Incredibly outgoing personality and highly driven individual
- Understands full sales cycle, from generating new sales leads to closing accounts
- Ability to manage all incoming leads and maximize any sale opportunity with urgency
- Excellent Interpersonal, time management and communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills with the ability to navigate client objections with ease and convert accounts from competitors.
- Strong ability to articulate information about the product or service clearly and effectively to potential customers when conducting demos.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that demonstrations are conducted accurately and effectively with proper tools/timelines.
- Must have a dynamic personality when presenting in a trade show environment
- Ability to build and maintain industry referral partnerships and partnerships
- Cold calling expert, with proven sales results and track record
- Management experience of CRM tools and in depth knowledge of reporting systems
- Works well with marketing and branding on new initiatives to help drive sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience required
- Restaurant experience an asset but not mandatory
- Experience managing a CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, etc. and asset)
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Able to pick up new concepts quickly
- Able to work at a strategic level while also executing and delivering results
