You’ve chosen a field you love and are ready for a new challenge. You have at least one year of experience as an immigration paralegal, and will assist the lawyer that you report to in: gathering information from clients; preparing matters for litigation (including drafting and organizing pleadings) as required. You will also help the lawyer manage their caseload, to enable deadline management and ensure that all submissions and filings are made in a timely way.
