Management of day to day operations and provide direct service and support to individuals or clients.


Review quarterly financial results related to staffing, food and supplies, petty cash expenditures, training, maintenance, and replacements.
Adhere to workplace Occupational Health and Safety requirements, as well as related legislative requirements, to maintain a safe environment for individuals receiving supports.
Monitor and ensure the completion of required documentation according to policy, procedure, and relevant legislation.
Post-Secondary education in Social Services or a related field.
Current Standard First Aid, CPR and CPI certificate.
Supervisory experience in a Not-for-profit, unionized environment is a strong asset.
Strong strategic planning, team building and facilitation skills.
Change management experience is considered an asset.
Flexible hours as needed, rotating on-call schedule.
