Managing 14 million square feet in 98 sites across North America and Europe with a team of 6,000, it is the largest privately-owned supply chain solutions company based in Canada.JOB SUMMARYTakes care of logistics and customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, supporting delivery personnel, handling complaints, all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner. Responsibilities also include answering the phone, and other clerical duties requested by the supervisor.RESPONSIBILITIES• Route distribution and support to delivery drivers on the road (monitoring).• Follow up on orders and notify the customer of any activity related to their merchandise.• Correct inventory errors and communicate daily with the client and the operations team to address various issues.
