We are looking for a compassionate and caring *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* to join our amazing care team in one of our beautiful, *NEW *assisted living and long-term care facilities, *Bellevue Park Senior Living.*
*Location: *2882 - 272 Street, Aldergrove, BC V4W 3J9
*Position Details:*
* *Permanent Full Time*:
* Nights, 4 on 2 off, 2300-0700
* Evenings, 4 on 2 off, 1500-2300
* *Compensation: *Starting at *$32.84 per hour *
Extended health and dental benefits _(applicable to full-time employees)_
*Responsibilities*
* Performs assessments.
* Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents.
* Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
* Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
* Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred).
* Cultural education and experience are preferred
