Your future team:

  • Become part of a diverse Supply Chain team with a family spirit.
  • Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 100+ indirect reports and reporting to the VP Supply Chain.
What you will be doing:
  • Drive process improvements, implement WMS systems and enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure service levels & capacity to support operational plans.
  • Develop & execute logistics strategy.
  • Manage regional freight and distribution costs.
  • Lead sourcing strategy for external carriers and 3PL’s.
  • Implement flexible distribution strategy.
  • Oversee transportation management and inventory control.
  • Develop and manage the logistics team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators:
  • Safety & Environment
  • Customer Service Level / Lead Time / Delivery Performance
  • Freight Costs
  • Distribution Costs
  • Inventory Accuracy
What you bring:
  • University degree and 10+ years supply chain experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people management.
  • Experience in transportation, distribution, and 3PL management.
  • Proven track record of driving business enhancements.
  • Experience with multi-site employee management and KPIs.
  • Advanced systems aptitude (TMS/WMS), SAP knowledge preferred.
