Why Us? We are an outsourcing company with operational offices in Kyiv and Lviv, actively searching for an exceptional Customer Support Representative fluent in Spanish and English to join our dynamic team.
We collaborate with esteemed organizations across multiple countries, including Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, the USA, and beyond. In essence, you’ll be making a worldwide impact right from your desk At our company, you’ll engage with clients from diverse nations, enriching your communication skills on a global stage.
As our Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role that goes beyond mere “call handling.” You’ll be the ambassador of our brand, the solution provider for our customers, and the cornerstone of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Swiftly and accurately addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and guiding them in utilizing specific features.
- Collaborating with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
- Keeping customers informed about new features and functionalities.
- Ensuring the resolution of technical issues through diligent follow-up.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- A background in customer support or call center operations (a bonus, but not mandatory).
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- A team-oriented mindset coupled with a passion for continuous learning.
