What You'll Do

Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, Digital Technology Services, and a part of the Associate Vice President (AVP) Digital Technology Service’s (DTS) leadership team, the Manager, ERP leads the DTS team that provides project management and operational support to ERP systems used across the university.
This role will have the opportunity to influence and drive lasting efforts in the University’s digital transformation, with significant student and employee impact through the planning, designing, implementation and maintenance of the ERP platform.
The role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships across the university and externally with vendors and sector colleagues.

What You'll Bring
  1. 7+ years of relevant professional experience, with 5 years in a ERP systems management role with direct responsibility for ERP projects and the operations environment, preferably in the public sector.
  2. A bachelor’s degree.
  3. Demonstrated experience with Project Management methodologies.
  4. Demonstrated experience with System Development Lifecycle Methodologies.
  5. Demonstrated experience using ITIL framework.
  6. Demonstrated experience in developing ERP platform standards, guidelines, best practices, tools, and templates.
  7. Experience implementing large ERP transformational systems.
  8. Completion of a criminal record check.

Days and Hours of Work: While your standard days of work are between Monday to Friday, the general expectation is to be available as needed to fulfill your responsibilities, which may extend beyond standard working hours and days.

Pay Group: 11
Salary: This position has a salary range of $89,455 (minimum) to $119,273 (midpoint) to $131,201 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will typically be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
