Responsible for managing digital transformation efforts across the business, primarily through the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Once live, the team will remain responsible for the ongoing development and administration of the system, supporting functions and users, and ensuring consistent adoption and maintenance throughout the organization.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES during implementation**:

- Map current state and the design of future state processes.
- Assist with configuration of the ERP system to align with design expectations.
- Prepare material for and document takeaways from discussions with key stakeholders.
- Help collect and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures and business process flows.
- Support the project team and ERP vendor in testing and troubleshooting.
- Participation in training deliveries and change management as needed.
- Help in development and delivery of routine communication to SMEs and all colleagues.
- Other ad-hoc duties project duties as needed.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES post implementation include, but not limited to**:

- Act as a point of contact for ERP software for both colleagues and ERP vendor.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all departments.
- Oversee maintenance of data integrity in ERP system, establishing data standards and performing routine data grooming.
- Oversee maintenance of user and client setups and security profiles for all users and clients.
- Organize and facilitate training related to colleague and client use of the ERP system.
- Create and maintain user guides/process documentation for the system.
- Regularly audits the system to ensure consistent use throughout the organization.
- Help in development and delivery of routine communication to SMEs and all colleagues.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, change management of ERP software with ERP Vendor, department SMEs, and colleagues.
- Lead a team of two ERP Administrators.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum ten years of experience in the professional consulting, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- 7+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: business analytics, project management, project controls, business management/finance, resource planning, or CRM using ERP solutions as a functional expert, administrator or analyst.
- 5 years’ experience managing people.
- Demonstrated experience with computerized systems and standard office equipment.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience supporting Enterprise Business Application such as an Enterprise Resource Planning System, Learning Management System, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Power Applications including Power BI and the Power Platform.
- 5 or more years training or teaching experience.
- 5 or more years demonstrable experience with confidential, personal information.
- Experience in navigating change in organizations.
