We’re looking for a Senior Video Creative Planner & Designer with extensive editing skills for videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. You’ll be working closely with product developers, marketers, and creatives to create compelling content. As a senior member of the team, you will assist closely in the planning and execution of videos, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with our marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with the video planner and team leads on assigned product, corporate, and marketing videos.
Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, and various campaign needs.
Shoot skits or produce independent content based on briefs, including product, brand, or tutorial videos.
Manage pre-production planning and execution, including pre-setup, filming, organizing talent, storyboarding, location scouting, and scripting.
Handle post-production tasks such as reviewing footage, creating rough cuts, adjusting audio, performing color correction, and final editing using Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
Ensure video production outputs contribute to marketing performance metrics, such as views, retention, engagement rates, and subscription growth.
8+ years of experience working in video or marketing teams or executing key work as an independent contractor.
~ Experience with the full-cycle video production workflow.
~ Showreel demonstrating creative and technical skills in scripting, storyboarding, and editing for both short and long-format videos, with examples of production design.
~ Experience with social media content creation is considered a bonus asset.
