Accounts Payable Specialist
This is not a remote position - You are required to be on-site every day.
Over the past 30+ years, Reefer Sales has become the leading provider of temperature-managed transportation hardware, equipment, service, and support across North America. We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to grow in our Accounting Department.
You are a highly driven and motivated individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, logistics, transportation and culture, with the objective of delivering premium service experience in an established market presence that reflects our company’s core values: Family, Loyalty, Integrity and Quality.
Maintain many vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
Audit and process credit card bills.
Work collaboratively with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy in finances.
4-5 years of full Accounts Payable Cycle experience.
~ Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles.
~ skilled in MS Office, with an advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with v-lookups and pivot tables would be an asset.
