Inspired by Pilates, our method incorporates the principles of slow resistance training using our unique Xformer™ machines to deliver a highly focused and intense fitness experience. Set to an upbeat, music-driven atmosphere, our 50-minute full-body workouts are high-energy yet low-impact. Our group sessions emphasize intelligent programming with controlled, precise movements designed to enhance functional strength, endurance, and lean muscle development.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge of our method, the Xformer machines, and how to program, teach, and motivate clients effectively. You'll receive personalized 1:1 sessions, mock classes with our master trainer, and ongoing advanced training to ensure you're proficient in our techniques and up-to-date with the latest fitness trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Program and lead dynamic 50-minute classes, ensuring a safe, effective, and engaging experience.
  • Guide clients through modifications and form corrections, providing support and encouragement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including front desk and equipment.
  • Handle retail transactions and manage client bookings accurately and professionally.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and studio offerings through team meetings, workshops, and continuous education.
  • Build relationships within the community to promote a welcoming and inclusive studio culture.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable leading well-programmed group classes with music and high energy.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about health and fitness.
  • Previous experience in fitness instruction preferred but not required.
  • Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain before starting.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in French and English
