Inspired by Pilates, our method incorporates the principles of slow resistance training using our unique Xformer™ machines to deliver a highly focused and intense fitness experience. Our group sessions emphasize intelligent programming with controlled, precise movements designed to enhance functional strength, endurance, and lean muscle development.
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge of our method, the Xformer machines, and how to program, teach, and motivate clients effectively. You'll receive personalized 1:1 sessions, mock classes with our master trainer, and ongoing advanced training to ensure you're proficient in our techniques and up-to-date with the latest fitness trends.

Previous experience in fitness instruction preferred but not required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Must be fluent in French and English
