We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients in the agricultural sector. Job Description: As a Territory Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, driving growth and ensuring the satisfaction of our key accounts within your assigned territory. Your role will focus on building strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities to expand our reach and market share. Responsibilities:- Maintain regular contact with key accounts and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify unmet customer needs and collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies
- Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and advancements in agricultural heavy equipment to provide expert advice and support to clients
- Enhance brand awareness and ensure that our presence within the assigned trade area aligns with company expectations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- A post-secondary degree in Agricultural Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment or a related industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and converse effectively with customers and team members
- Strong knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and other competitive agricultural equipment products
- A proactive approach to sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond
