Job Summary/Purpose

As a Territory Manager at Avulux, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and establishment of market presence within Canada. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships, onboarding and developing new Avulux Authorized Provider accounts, while implementing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed territory plans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing providers in the Avulux Authorized Provider network.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory plans.
  • Implement training and development programs with new and existing Avulux Authorized Provider accounts.
  • Development and day-to-day management of existing provider relationships, supporting each provider in meeting and exceeding their growth goals
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations, consultative sales presentations and account reviews.
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting.
  • Develop, plan, and implement tailored solutions to address account issues to better meet customer needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with ECPs, optical retailers and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with healthcare professional to help establish multi-disciplinary approach with Avulux Authorized Providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of account interactions and contacts in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account management, marketing, and customer support.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Avulux product portfolio and service offering.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Successful, tenured Territory Managers will have opportunities to coach and train other members of the sales team as part of a leadership development path.


Education, Experience, And Training

  • At least 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience managing inbound leads, prospecting own leads, and moving prospective customers to close.
  • Knowledge of clinical processes and optical/healthcare practice flow and staffing.
  • Experience leveraging CRM software to manage call cycles and customer relationships.
  • Grasp of healthcare sales methodology, and how to execute appropriately.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
