Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience as an Owners Representative?Our client is a growing developer who focus on building residential projects from Luxury Custom Homes, Low-rise towns to Highrise Residential. Projects are in Toronto and their project portfolio is growing aggressively. They are looking to hire an accomplished Project Manager who can work as an Owners Representative during the various stages of Development and Construction.You would be expected to represent the Company as its agent in all matters relating to the performance of contractors and consultant's agreements and make recommendations to the Company with respect to any matters in planning and implementing schedules, sub-trade tendering, analysis, issue contracts and performance monitoring. Regularly lead project meetings and attend at the site during the course of construction to review the progress of construction and report to the Company with respect to such matters. Representation at City meetings to coordinate with City, lawyers, planning consultants and surveyors. Securing permits, approvals and contract tendering.Essentially you would be the prime liaison between Construction Managers and consultants.
