SaNOtize is a small Vancouver-based company seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to support a series of innovative wellness product launches. We are launching two first-in-class products directly marketed to US physicians for sale to their patients.

 

Job Summary:

The Internal Sales Representative will establish telephone and email relationships with medical practices in the US supporting a US field sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations by making first contact with offices to introduce the products and set appointments for field visits, directly educating office staff about the products, fielding staff and physician questions and requests for information and marketing or other materials, supporting the reps in managing small group events such as physician dinners or conference gatherings. The internal sales representative will work with a talented group of field representatives and a marketing team based in the Vancouver office.

 

This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage office staff over the phone, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Initial Account Outreach : Establish first contact with medical offices to introduce the product and set up visits for field sales or provide educational materials.
  • Sales Support Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing sales-related documentation.
  • Sales Support: Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Support Field Sales Team: Act as a liaison between the field sales and internal departments.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Customer Account Management: Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Order Processing: Handle order entries, modifications, and confirmations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and industry trends.

 

Experience:

  • No minimum experience required. Some experience in a telephone sales or sales support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
