Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Partner to drive growth in the power and sustainable energy sectors. This role focuses on selling services—not products— by building strategic relationships with utilities, engineering firms, and related industries.
You will:
Collaborate with technical experts to deliver innovative solutions.
Represent the company at industry events.
Execute targeted outreach strategies to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead prospecting efforts and manage CRM (Pipedrive).
Drive the full sales cycle—from cold calls to contract negotiations.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Technical teams to scope projects and craft proposals.
Travel 20–40% to customer sites for relationship building and project support.

Required Skills & Experience
~2–4 years of proven success in business development, focused on selling services and building long-term client relationships (not technical BD).
~ Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
~ Demonstrated B2B sales excellence, including navigating complex decision-making processes and thriving in collaborative environments.
~ Expertise in negotiation and strategic business development, crafting tailored solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
~ Proficiency in CRM platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for efficient pipeline management and reporting.


Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
Industry Background: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with utilities or engineering sectors.
Professional Network: A well-established LinkedIn presence with a robust network, leveraging connections for outreach, relationship building, and market intelligence.
