Our client within wealth management requires an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Providing high level, organized and efficient administrative support including: logistics related to calendar/meetings/events, arranging travel, reservations, expenses, and other related duties, managing invoice payment/expenses.
Assisting in preparing Advisors for client meetings, including the preparation of account-opening documentation.
Having a strong understanding of the firm’s procedures and policies.
Performing general administrative tasks (ex: preparing letters, client communication pieces, etc.)
Proficiency in general administrative tasks.
Adherence to company policies.
