Valoriser votre équipe et améliorer ses performances par un encadrement constructif, définir des objectifs de résultats et de développement professionnel à destination de vos collègues, reconnaître la valeur des bonnes performances. Former vos collaborateurs pour vous assurer qu’ils sont en conformité avec nos standards et disposent des outils nécessaires pour exécuter efficacement leur travail. Recommander ou initier des actions de RH lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire. Favoriser un environnement de travail favorable à l’épanouissement des équipes – créer des liens entre les services pour contribuer à un esprit collectif. Superviser les opérations quotidiennes et les tâches attribuées au personnel de l’hôtel. Aider le directeur général/la directrice générale pour le développement et la communication des stratégies et objectifs des services. Communiquer et faire appliquer les règles et procédures. Encourager le travail d’équipe et un service de qualité en communiquant et coordonnant au quotidien vos activités avec les autres responsables d’équipes et de services.Participer activement au processus d'embaucheGestion des relations de travail Finances Aider le directeur/la directrice général(e) à développer, mettre en place et contrôler les stratégies financières et opérationnelles de l’hôtel. Fournir une orientation générale et gérer les activités de tous les services. Contrôler et signaler les écarts de budget, contrôler les coûts de main-d’œuvre et autres dépenses. Formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les immobilisations et augmenter les actifs de l’hôtel, et/ou fidéliser la clientèle. Favoriser les relations positives avec le propriétaire (le cas échéant) et contribuer à la transmission régulière d’informations et de rapports de situation. Participation au meeting avec les propriétaires et la chaîne, Clientèle Établir et mettre en œuvre des directives de gestion des réclamations appropriées afin de garantir la satisfaction totale des clients. Traiter les réclamations des clients et répondre à leurs questions avec rapidité et professionnalisme. Étudier les commentaires des clients et mettre en œuvre les stratégies nécessaires pour une amélioration continue. Communiquer aux services concernés l’ensemble des informations nécessaires et des besoins particuliers relatifs à l’arrivée de VIP, groupes à effectifs importants et autres clients clés. Diriger les opérations de marketing pour la vente incitative de prestations, offres promotionnelles et équipements de l’hôtel.ExigencesMinimum 5 ans dans un poste similaireExpérience en hôtellerie souhaitéeAutonome, entregent, bon communicateur Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans de courts délaisBilingue Français/Anglais
