An AI fashion company with its head office located in Montreal QCis hiring a Director of Operations to join their team. Ideal position for someone in the fashion industry looking to use their expertise and work closely with the CEO to advance the business. Really exciting opportunities available for the correct candidate including possibility of equity in the company.

Job Specifics:

  • Hybrid - 3 days in office
  • Office located in Downtown, Montreal QC
  • Salary: 40-70k (possibility for higher compensation and/or pathway to equity for right candidate)

Tasks:

Candidate would be responsible for working closely with the CEO and the customers to take care of the following:

Operations:

  • Assist clients in selecting garments and models on the platform
  • Manage existing client relationships and fulfill their needs

Business Development:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Market research and strategy
  • Assist with pitches

Qualities:

  • able to work autonomously
  • Highly organized
  • Responsible
  • Reliable

Qualifications:

  • Backgroundand networkin Fashion Apparel preferable
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Undergrad an asset
  • Experience in Project Management and working in operationsan asset
  • Bilingual an asset
