The Manager, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Regulatory and Compliance department with a Brokerage company, while providing answers and support to clients (internal and external) of a technical nature, including integration inquiries and general account set up. Provide support to sales department regarding new account set-ups, implement integration
Act as advisor to clients regarding customs legislation, new initiatives, compliance and
regulations while identifying regulatory opportunities as obtaining rulings and duty deferral applications
Provide direction to and oversee the performance of the department
Create and maintain reporting structure in CRM individually per client
Identify and recommend QC cases to help reduce errors
Stay current with upcoming regulatory changes impacting the Willson International client base
Hold a position and be active on a board or committee relative to Regulatory requirements
