Le Key Account Manager doit prospecter et développer de nouveaux marchés de clients (principalement hors secteur OEM automobile, en assurer le suivi et poursuivre le développement du portefeuille clients grands-comptes existants. Son rôle a un impact direct sur les résultats (CA, marge…) de la société.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer la prospection et le développement de nouveaux marché et déceler les projets créant de la valeur pour Elto
  • Gérer et suivre les nouveaux contacts/leads
  • Animer, entretenir, développer des contacts réguliers avec ceux-ci
  • Sur le portefeuille existant / créé, gérer la relation commerciale en visitant régulièrement les clients
  • Assurer un bon relationnel avec les décideurs au sein de l’organisation des entreprises clientes, signaler et gérer les évolutions au sein de cette organisation
  • Assurer le suivi des offres technico-commerciales au niveau européen:
  • Assurer une activité de conseil et de proposition de solutions adaptées aux besoins prospects/clients
  • Analyser les demandes, appels d’offre, cahier des charges
  • Rédiger les réponses/offres technico commerciales en lien avec les pays Elto
  • Présenter et défendre ces offres auprès des prospects/clients en lien avec les pays Elto
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre des projets une fois les appels d’offres remportés
  • Développer le CA, la marge en lien avec les objectifs commerciaux d’Elto
  • Animer et assurer le relai local en pays (MD Elto pays, Resp. Commerciaux pays) des prospects/clients contactés
  • Assurer le reporting de son activité
  • Maintenir une veille concurrentielle sur les prix, solutions, spécificités du marché/concurrence

  • Capacités managériales, bon gestionnaire

  • Maintenir une veille concurrentielle sur les prix, solutions, spécificités du marché/concurrence
