Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative (Part-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have a year of experience in inside sales, along with an outgoing and intuitive personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for pharmaceutical products, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our product line.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative at PHL Distributions located in Toronto, ON. There is potential for full-time based on performance post-training.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport.
  • Identify and qualify new business development opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential target customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
