We're currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead construction projects in Kingston. As our Site Foreman, you'll be instrumental in overseeing a diverse range of projects. With a focus on excellence and safety, you'll lead by example, fostering a collaborative team environment where all team members work together efficiently to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of construction contract documents, practices, and processes.
  • Proficiency in tracking hours and productivity on a daily basis.
  • Experience in other leadership roles within interior systems and drywall projects.
  • Journeyman carpenter.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead interior systems and drywall projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Implement project-specific safety plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Track hours and productivity on a daily basis to optimize project efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and general contractors to address any project-related issues or concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Other tasks related to the successful delivery of projects as required.
