- Execute annual compensation cycles and recognition programs
- Develop support analysis for executive and HR needs
- Maintain and improve compensation documentation and structures
- Coach team members to develop their compensation skills
- Enhance communication regarding compensation guidelines and changes
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in compensation roles
- Proven leadership ability in supervisory positions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of compensation policies and governance
