Drive recruitment excellence as the Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead for Trans Mountain Corporation in Calgary. Focus on building efficient hiring strategies to support operational growth. This in-office, full-time role within Human Resources involves overseeing recruitment for the West Coast Oil Pipeline. You will lead a team of professionals in executing high-volume and specialized recruitment plans while fostering inclusivity. Partner with key stakeholders to streamline processes and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective hiring strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts and onboarding
- Build partnerships for diverse talent sourcing opportunities
- Monitor recruitment performance and develop improvement strategies
- Ensure agency performance aligns with hiring standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of direct Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in specialized recruitment and team management
- Proficient in using recruitment technologies and data analysis
- Strong stakeholder engagement and program management skills
