Job Title: Nail Technician As a Nail Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional nail care services. Your expertise in nail art, sanitation, and customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients can relax and indulge in self-care. You'll be the go-to professional for all things nails, ensuring that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. What you'll do Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients. Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body waxing to enhance client experience. Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services. Educate clients on proper nail care practices to promote healthy nails between visits. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that fosters teamwork and creativity. Basic qualifications Valid cosmetology license or nail technician certification as required by state regulations. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Preferred qualifications Experience in retail sales and understanding of retail math principles. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, barbering, dermabrasion, and hair styling techniques. Proven ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
