Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional and welcoming environment where your expertise in nail artistry and client care will be highly valued. The Nail Technician will also assist with retail sales and promote additional services such as body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a relaxing experience
  • Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to increase client engagement and revenue
  • Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting
  • Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations
  • Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and additional services
