Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures , most importantly need to know how to do acrylic, and nail enhancements, while ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a professional setting, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
  • Provide body waxing services as requested by clients
  • Engage with clients through excellent customer service, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
  • Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
  • Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to salon policies for sanitation and safety
  • Foster a friendly, professional environment that encourages repeat business and positive reviews

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa setting
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and products
  • Experience with body waxing is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards rigorously
  • Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and services effectively
