We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Associate with 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the machinery automation or bagging machine manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and support our sales team in driving growth and expanding our market presence.
Assist in developing strategic plans to target new business opportunities and enhance market penetration
Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels such as industry events, networking, and digital platforms.
Qualify leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
Leverage your expertise in machinery automation and/or bagging machine manufacture to support the sales team with technical insights.
Provide market feedback to inform product development and innovation initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
~1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the machinery automation or bagging machine manufacturing industry.
~ Strong technical background with hands-on experience in machinery automation and/or bagging machine manufacture.
~ Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
~ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
