Our client, a procurement specialist in food manufacturer (agricultural grower), offers you a full range of benefits as well as a competitive salary... all within a well-established Canadian company that combines tradition, expertise and innovation Work closely with the human resources team to formulate policies and procedures in compliance with Quebec laws.
Design and implement human resources plans and programs in accordance with the company's objectives and strategies.
Supervise the entire recruitment process in collaboration with the main manager.
Manage benefits programs for team members.
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and identify development opportunities.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and social events.
Accomplish all other human resources-related tasks contributing to the success of the team.
Perform all other human resources-related tasks for the success of the team.

Growing company having made several acquisitions.
Kitchen on site.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
Have at least 5 years of experience in HR as a generalist.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations for the province of Quebec and disability management in workplace
Experience in a manufacturing, food or production environment (great asset).
Be organized and capable of good time management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday. Must be available to work early in the morning and on week-end when necessary.
Status: Permanent.
