About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team at Tecsys. As a Senior TA Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent to Tecsys, for both technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist hiring managers in drafting compelling and inclusive job postings.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Leverage your experience in both technical and business recruiting to identify and engage top talent.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
  • Be a champion for candidate experience by communicating effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.

Employer Branding

  • Propose creative ways to help enhance Tecsys’s employer brand both online and offline.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and promote Tecsys.
  • Staying on top of TA best practices in globally.

Talent Acquisition Metrics

  • Track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition in a technology company.
  • Experience in a recruitment agency would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Proven success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles at all levels.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workable and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with TA data analytics tools such as Eqtble or others to track personal recruitment metrics.
  • Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms such as GitHub, Discord or others.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English and French communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues in Quebec and globally.

Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l’attraction des meilleurs talents pour Tecsys, tant pour les postes techniques que non techniques. Responsabilités :

Recrutement

  • Gérez l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la recherche et de la présélection des candidats à la négociation des offres et à l’intégration.
  • Collaborez avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre leurs besoins en personnel et élaborer des stratégies de recrutement efficaces.
  • Aidez les responsables du recrutement à rédiger des offres d’emploi convaincantes et inclusives.
  • Utilisez divers canaux (sites d’emploi, médias sociaux, recommandations, etc.) pour attirer des candidats diversifiés et de haute qualité.
  • Exploitez votre expérience en recrutement technique et commercial pour identifier et engager les meilleurs talents.

Gestion des relations avec les candidats

  • Établissez des relations solides avec les candidats, en leur offrant une expérience positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Menez des entretiens approfondis, évaluez les compétences techniques et la compatibilité culturelle.
  • Soyez un champion de l’expérience des candidats en communiquant efficacement avec eux, en les tenant informés et engagés.

Marque d’employeur

  • Proposez des moyens créatifs d’améliorer la marque employeur de Tecsys.
  • Participez à des événements de l’industrie, des conférences et des rencontres pour réseauter et promouvoir Tecsys.
  • Restez à la pointe des meilleures pratiques en matière d’acquisition de talents à l’échelle mondiale.

Métriques d’acquisition de talents :

  • Suivi des métriques de recrutement, identification des tendances et amélioration continue des processus de recrutement.
Qualifications :
  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, marketing, commerce ou domaine connexe.
  • Au moins 6 ans d’expérience en acquisition de talents au sein d’une entreprise technologique.
  • Une expérience dans une agence de recrutement serait un atout.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Expérience recrutant pour des postes techniques et non techniques à travers différents niveaux d'experience.
  • Expérience de travail avec des systèmes de suivi des candidatures (ATS) tels que Workable et autres outils de recrutement.
  • Familiarité avec les outils d’analyse des données en acquisition de talents tels qu’ Eqtble ou
    autres.
  • Excellentes compétences en recherche de candidats via LinkedIn, les sites d’emploi et d’autres plateformes telles que GitHub, Discord ou autres.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français, nécessaires pour communiquer efficacement avec nos clients, fournisseurs, partenaires d'affaires et collègues au Québec et au niveau international.
